When resting, cats are great models for photography, even an amateur like me. I have even seen a ragdoll cat who always took a very cute pose when he (or was it she?) saw a camera. I just wish I was as easy to photograph as cats - or as cute, for the matter.
Tea for one
I don't know why, but for some reason I found myself searching for tea-themed pictures. I am a solemn tea lover; right now, in the middle of afternoon, I am drinking tea called "Early Morning Tea". The pretty and funny pictures I found inspired me greatly. I definetely should make my own version. I just need better equipment: our Pentax has been a slight disappointment. Maybe my Nikon from 60's would work better?
The Summer Life
I decided finally to create a profile and upload some of my strange photos, which I call The Summer Life series. My everyday life tends to be more busy than I would like it to be and this project is supposed to be an antithesis to it, something peaceful.
The quality of my photos could definetely be better, but still, I hope you will find something in them: an idea, a moment of surprising beauty.
